Vera Earl Premium Beef is about as local as you can get. All of the cattle in our beef program are born, bred, fed and finished on the Vera Earl Ranch in Sonoita, Arizona; the heart of Southern Arizona’s grasslands. Grass-raised and grain-finished, using locally sourced grain and ration, all of our meat is certified Natural, including hormone and antibiotic-free. We process all of our cattle at Cattlemen’s Processing in Cochise, where they are dry-aged for 21 days, allowing additional flavor to develop in every cut we sell. Don’t believe us?
